Why companies book a house instead of hotel rooms
This is not a hotel and not a guest house. It is accommodation built for longer stays: self-catering instead of a breakfast room, a washing machine instead of a laundry service, weekly rates instead of daily business.
The organising stays with us
You tell us the number of people and the period – not six names with six arrival times. If somebody is replaced during the project, we change the name in the room. No new booking, no second invoice, no new approval in purchasing.
Costs stay predictable
The price depends on how many people share a room, not on the day of the week: 35.00 € net per night for the first person, 30.00 € for each additional person in the same room. No trade fair surcharges, no weekend rates.
Your people can cook for themselves
A shared kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and microwave. Anyone leaving at five in the morning and returning at six in the evening does not depend on restaurant hours – and expenses stay lower.
Space for vehicles and tools
Parking at the house, vans included. Tools stay in the room instead of in a vehicle on the street. For many crews that is exactly why a city hotel does not work.
Single rooms, twin rooms or a room for the whole crew
All rooms are furnished, around 20 m², with television and Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are included in the price.
Twin room
65.00 €Two separate single beds, no bunk beds. For two colleagues who travel to the site together anyway.
Three-bed room
95.00 €Three single beds and a table the crew can sit around in the evening. The lowest cost per person.
Prices
We charge per person in the room, not per room category or day of the week. All amounts are net, plus 7 % German VAT for accommodation.

Long stays and monthly rates
From 28 nights we no longer charge a daily rate but make a written offer with a monthly price. For stays from 4 weeks a discount of up to 25 % is possible, depending on duration, number of people and occupancy. You get the figure in writing before you commit.

We tell you how many rooms are actually free in your period and what it costs – usually on the same working day.

Reserve the rooms
A confirmation by e-mail is enough. Names of the staff can follow later, up to the day of arrival. No advance payment.

Arrive, even late
Check-in 12:00–24:00. Anyone arriving after 20:00 takes the key from the key box at the entrance; the code is sent in advance.

Receive one invoice
One invoice for all people and nights, with VAT shown separately and a payment term. Monthly billing for running projects.

Location and travel times
Kolpingstraße 112 is in Duisburg-Hamborn, in the north of the city. The A59 motorway runs through the district, leading on to the A42, A40 and A3. Buses and trams stop close to the house, so staff without a car can reach the works in the north of Duisburg as well.
Supermarkets, snack bars, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Hamborn is an established district with a pedestrian zone, not an industrial estate without infrastructure.
